_What will you do?
Responsibilities:
- Developing analyzes and reports on HR indicators;
- Preparation of employment budget and salary reviews;
- Building a unified reporting system;
- Preparation of data for financial reserves and payroll data, including settlement of working hours, bonuses;
- Supervision over the established structure of remuneration and job levels, as well as their updating;
- Participation in the implementation of new systems related to data analysis and payroll, including recommending modern solutions.
_Who are we looking for?
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in economics / finance / management / HR;
- Experience in working in a position related to HR analysis (especially in the area of remuneration);
- Working knowledge of processes such as budgeting, salary review and labor law knowledge;
- Experience in project work streamlining HR processes;
- English at a level that allows easy communication;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to draw conclusions from analyzes and recommend solutions;
- Independence in action and taking own initiatives.
