_What will you do?


  • Supporting managerial staff in matters related to HR (labor law, training, employee development, employee evaluation)

  • Preparation of personnel documentation

  • Implementation and adaptation of new employees and offboarding

  • Providing ongoing HR support for employees of the organization

  • Organizing training and language courses in the organization

  • Carrying out activities integrating employees and other internal initiatives in the organization

  • Support in the field of Employer Branding, building partnership relations on the local market

  • Implementation of administrative activities in the office, such as registration of invoices, sending correspondence, purchases and organization of workstations

  • Taking care of the proper functioning and aesthetics of the office

  • Support in keeping compilations, reports and analyzes in connection with the tasks performed in accordance with the guidelines

  • Support for office employees in everyday organizational and administrative matters

  • Support for activities related to health and safety and fire protection in the designated scope

_Who are we looking for?


  • Good knowledge of labor law

  • Min. 2 years of experience in working in a similar position

  • Higher education, preferably in the field of HRM, Psychology, Sociology and related

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel

  • Knowledge of the English language at an advanced level

  • Very good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Very good work organization

  • Driving license. B.
