_L2 Support Engineer Wrocław
_What will you do?
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an L2 Support Engineer for an existing Azure-native project. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving incidents and performing maintenance activities for Azure-based applications.
Working hours: 3:00 AM – 10:00 AM CET
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support by monitoring and resolving incidents
- Perform routine maintenance and support tasks for Azure-native applications
- Collaborate with the development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Continuously monitor system performance and health using tools like App Insights/Azure Monitor to proactively identify and address potential issues
- Assist in maintaining and improving infrastructure using Terraform
- Support Azure Functions, EventHub, API Management, and Application Gateway
- Document incident resolutions, procedures, and configurations as needed
_Who are we looking for?
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in diverse roles within the manufacturing industry
- 3-4 years of experience on Maintenance, prior experience in L2 support or a related role
- Basic experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, EventHub, API Management)
- Familiarity with cloud computing and DevOps practices
- Understanding of monitoring tools such as App Insights/Elastic/Splunk/Grafana
- English on communicative level (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication skills for incident reporting and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently during assigned shifts.
