_What will you do?
Responsibilities:
- Business configuration in the BMC Helix / Remedy ITSM system;
- Needs analysis, development and creation of reports using BMC Remedy Reporting Console / Helix Smart Reporting
- Maintaining configuration and changes in the BMC Helix / Remedy system
- Troubleshooting BMC Helix / Remedy systems
- Data migrations between/to BMC Helix/Remedy systems
- Installation, configuration and administration of BMC Helix Discovery (ADDM), BMC Helix CMDB
_Who are we looking for?
Requirements:
- Experience in maintaining configuration and implementing changes to BMC systems
- Knowledge of issues in the area of IT Service Management (Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management);
- Experience in communicating with clients and users of IT services;
- Practical knowledge of ITIL issues, in particular the area of IT Service Management;
- Knowledge of issues related to the analysis of data structures and SQL;
- Very good organizational and coordination skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Confluence tools;
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level in speech and writing;
- ITIL Foundation certification
